[00:00:08] Speaker B: What's happening in Gillette next week on October 6th is a Gillette City Council meeting. Before we get to the agenda, let's take a look at some other City of Gillette happenings in the next week or two. Here's what's on the October 6th City Council agenda. Council will have a parade permit for the annual Abate Toy Store Parade on Gillette Avenue from Street to First street on Dec. 5 at 2pm Council will consider accepting several public improvement projects. They'll accept the annual Crack Seal project, which is a 1% funded project.
They'll also accept public improvements for the Shoshone Avenue crack ceiling, another 1% funded project. Then they'll look to accept the public improvement project for the Spruce and Kluver Surfacing, a 1% funded project as well.
Council will consider accepting the bid award for a 4x4 extended cab pickup.
They will consider another bid award for the Windland Drive surfacing project that will encompass two locations, those locations being South Windland Drive and at the wastewater treatment plant. It was done to receive lower unit prices with a larger quantity of work. There will be Council consideration of an amendment to a professional Services agreement for construction management services associated with a wastewater treatment plant. Phase 2A council will consider a work change directive associated with the construction of the Gillette Regional water supply project.
Priority 5 There will be two different considerations that will involve BNSF Railway. One will be consideration of a preliminary engineering service agreement for engineering review services for the Gurley Avenue crossing associated with the Senator Mike Enzi Memorial Overpass project and preliminary Engineering Service agreement for engineering review services for the Brooks Avenue crossing associated with the Senator Mike Enzi Memorial Overpass project. Council consideration for the Mayor to grant an easement on behalf of the City of Gillette for Black Hills Wyoming Gas. There will be two items where the Council will consider the write off of bad debt. One will be for uncollectible accounts for general billing and the other on uncollectible utility accounts.
Council will also consider a resolution approving the city's health plan premiums and plan design changes. Effective January 1, 2027, there will be a public hearing and consideration of the transfer of ownership of a resort liquor license and there will be a hearing and consideration of a resolution to approve an amendment to the Gillette city budget for fiscal year 2627.
